Organic Rose petals

Organic Passionflower

Organic Chamomile floweres

Organic Lavender buds

Instructions:

Bring fresh cold water to the boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose tea per person in a cup or a teapot. Allow to steep for 5 minutes for desired strength. Best served without milk, hot or chilled with lemon to taste.

Important: May cause drowsiness. Avoid operating machinery, driving or consuming alcohol after consuming this tea. Avoid if allergic to chamomile, and check with your practitioner if pregnant or lactating.
